General Services 2020 was founded during the height of the COVID-19 shutdown, a time when property owners and managers were facing unprecedented challenges. Our mission began as a direct response to the urgent need for reliable, hands-on support to maintain, upgrade, flip, and build properties—and has since grown into a trusted force in the residential construction space.
Over the past five years, we’ve partnered on more than 50 successful projects, including remodels, property flips, and new construction. Our focus is simple: build with purpose, communicate clearly, and deliver quality work that adds lasting value.
Built on Experience, Driven by Purpose
Our founder, Evan Raymond, brings over 15 years of experience in construction, having worked in commercial building and large-scale solar installations since 2006. But it was a deeper purpose that led him to shift into residential work in 2020: a passion for creating accessible, comfortable homes for the disabled community.
Having seen firsthand the lack of thoughtfully designed, accessible living spaces, Evan made it a priority to build homes that meet the physical and emotional needs of people with disabilities. Since making that transition, he has led over 50 residential projects, many of which were tailored to improve quality of life for individuals and families navigating disability.
