It isn’t easy caring for others in an economy where it is so hard to care for one’s self.
In the last ten years, I the founder of General Services 2020 have flipped, built and / or remodeled over 50 homes.
I am living in a home that I consulted on but have no ownership in.
I work every day for a disabled person who lives here with a rotating staff of caregivers.
I was an integral part of the design and construction of a 100% accessible home. A haven for disabled people and the heroes that work for them.
I am seeking funds to rebuild the foundation — from its foundation — as a freestanding haven for disabled people and heroes of all types shapes and colors.
Sadly I am raising funds for this purpose because as a caregiver building a substantial foundation is materially impossible on the typical pay of a caregiving hero.

I am a full time caregiver as well as property manager and I am also lacking energy to build another business after having lost a co founder and lost all of the equity that I had built over an exhausting 6 year period of time.

The first phase of forming Stable Home Foundation is now underway. As part of our commitment to transparency and thoughtful governance, we are beginning with two key steps:
- Selection of Officers
We will identify and appoint the initial officers of the corporation, including roles such as President, Secretary, and Treasurer. These individuals will help guide the early vision, ensure legal compliance, and lead the development of our organizational structure. - Drafting Articles of Incorporation
Once our founding leadership team is in place, we will formally draft and file the Articles of Incorporation. This legal document will define our mission, establish our nonprofit status under IRS 501(c)(3) guidelines, and officially register us as a nonprofit organization with the State of [Insert State].
